Keddie Lee Walker
Keddie specializes in small works watercolor landscape.. She began studying painting as a teenager and subsequently
attended the Philadelphia College of Art and Tusculum College to
continue her art education. She has a Masters' in Counseling from
Boston University. "Although my first love was art, I felt I needed a good way to make a living".
In the past seven years Keddie has shown her work in the Watermark
Gallery, N. Stonington, CT, juried craft shows, Little Gorgeous Things,
Provincetown, MA, and the Southwest Indian Art Center, Winslow AZ. Her
work has also been seen in Provincetown Art Association shows. In Aug
of 2004 Little Gorgeous Things Gallery hosted a one woman show for her.
Keddie's continuing focus is Impressionism, light effects,, and
atmospheric landscape. She currently lives in Winslow, AZ, where she is
branching out into Southwestern landscape work. She spends time on Cape
Cod in the summer, where she continues to paint the Outer Cape. " I was
raised in the East and West and both landscapes are part of me".
